When we are recruiting there are a lot of factors to keep in mind.

We want to build confidence thru our emails and voice mails

Make these items personal and not full of hype

Link them to your blog, squeeze page, social media sites etc.

Provide Value thru videos, newsletters, etc.

Build relationships use factual and personal information avoid general terms

Keep things clean & Simple

It takes an average of 7 looks before someone commits

Do not over do your auto responders

Use sizzle calls as well as the position overview site

Invite prospects to calls..etc.

Put the control in their hands

2 Methods for Recruiting

#1 Overview Method (use this if you have a minimum of 20 leads a day or more)

Use a calling system such as Call Fire, Phone Burner, I Call Blazer
Email them the overview page and sizzle call #

When calling use the 30 second script..If they have not reviewed site or sizzle give to them again…

That way they already know everything when you follow up

You answer questions and they sign

#2 The “Trusty Method” (Normal)

Give the full presentation (or partial with a sizzle call)

This is best if you have a low amount of leads, general leads or you have more time to call people

They visit site. /request interview

Call within 24-48 hours or as soon as you can

Try to accommodate there requested call time but it is at your convenience

3 Strikes Rule (call 3 days in a row) then bless and release

Confidence in Your Closing
Smile people can hear it, Be excited, Posture, Shut Up & Listen

Getting Over Mental Blocks
-Fear of What to Say
-Fear of questions you cannot answer
-Rejection (don’t take personally)
Work thru your fears
-be a student of the services use them get involved
-Love What You Do
-Don’t worry IT WILL COME
-Chill Out Relax Get Excited

Role playing builds confidences also attend smile & dials etc.

Common Questions..
Is this a pyramid scheme?
Absolutely not we are a 20 year old BBB rated company blah blah blah
Pyramid Schemes are Illegal etc etc
Tell them you understand how they fell….

Network Marketing Company NOT MLM (use this rather than that)

Why Do I Pay to Work?
Educate them-own business, any business has startup cost etc etc
Focus on the Residual Income no JOB has that
You are paying for things you get in return

How much money do you make?
Pt income can earn anywhere from $200-300/wk etc
It is a building process
Use enroller as an example or someone’s story

How long have you been doing this?
If you are New be honest, be proud be excited
You have had success etc.

Control what You can control

"You gotta be bad before you can get good"

Always follow up

If someone doesn’t enroll give them your contact info send follow up emails

Never STOP following Up

Don’t throw anyone away
